Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched, so please check your spam or junk folder just in case it slips in there.

If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have entered the incorrect delivery address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours. If your order has not been shipped, we can update your delivery address.

If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

When you order multiple items at a time, they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next.

Please do not panic if you do not receive all of your items at once. They will get to you.

If your order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a money back guarantee or will have your order resent.

When you receive your dispatched email, you can contact us for an update on your tracking.

Some tracking details may take a little time to update after dispatch, so please check again later if the tracking does not show movement immediately.
